Aries - The Ram. March 21 to April 20.
The spring equinox, March 21, is the beginning of the new zodiac year and Aries, the first sign, is therefore that of new beginnings. Leo -- The Lion. July 23 to August 22.
Leo is the most dominant, spontaneously creative and extrovert of all the zodiacal characters. In grandeur of manner, splendor of bearing and magnanimity of personality, they are the monarch's among humans as the lion is king of beasts. They are ambitious, courageous, dominant, strong willed, positive, independent, self-confident and make the most gracious of Halloween party hosts. Virgo -- The Virgin. August 23 to September 22.
Virgo represents purity, perfection, and practicality. They are methodical and organized especially when it comes to planning next years haunt. This is sometimes confirmed by the Virgo's preciseness, neatness and love of detail. Their immaculate yard haunts are always well done and well ordered. They are usually observant, shrewd, patient and tend toward conservatism in all departments of life except when it comes to Halloween. They only dress in only the best in Halloween costumes and love to go to Halloween parties and socialize with others.

Libra -- The Scales. September 23 to October 22.
Libra is the only inanimate sign of the zodiac, all the others representing either humans or animals. Many modern astrologers regard it as the most desirable of zodiacal types because it represents the zenith of the year, the high point of the seasons, when the harvest of all the hard work of the spring is reaped. making them enjoy Halloween and the harvest season more than the rest. There is a mellowness and sense of relaxation in the air as mankind enjoys the last of the summer sun and the fruits of his toil.

Capricorn -- The Goat. December 23 to January 20.
Capricorn is one of the most stable and serious of the zodiacal types. These independent, rocklike characters have many sterling qualities, keeping the tradition of Halloween steadfastly every year. This type is cautiously confident, strong-willed and calm. Hardworking, unemotional, shrewd, practical, responsible, and persevering, they are capable of persisting for as long as is necessary. They love to plan and execute. You can always tell which has which traits by the costume they chose for Halloween. They have brilliant imaginations and are very creative but may need help finishing Halloween projects as they are good to start, but bad to finish things. They love to plan and host a Halloween party.

Pisces -- The Fish. February 20 to March 20.
Pisces is one of the less flamboyant sign. Pisceans possess a gentle, patient, malleable nature. They have many generous qualities and are friendly, good natured, kind and compassionate, sensitive to the feelings of those around them. Pisces people usually hand out the best treats on Halloween night. They are deservedly popular with all kinds of people, partly because their easygoing, affectionate, submissive natures offer no threat or challenge to stronger and more exuberant characters. They tend to shed these traits on Halloween when they cut loose once a year.
